These Terms & Conditions (“Conditions of Reservation”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Vietnam Tour Packages Co., Ltd. (“Vietnam Fishing Tour”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the customer (“you” or “the Client”).
Tourism facilities in certain remote fishing destinations throughout Vietnam are still developing. While these destinations offer unique natural environments and authentic local experiences, accommodation and service standards may differ from those in major international tourist destinations.
Your booking becomes legally binding once:
These Conditions may only be amended in writing by Vietnam Fishing Tour.
By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
To secure your reservation, the following deposits are required:

The deposit is non-refundable except where otherwise stated in these Conditions.
Payment of the deposit confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your tour, prior to the commencement of the fishing trip.
Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.
Tour prices published on the Vietnam Fishing Tour website are valid only for the travel dates specified on each individual tour page.
Prices may be adjusted due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Where applicable, customers agree to pay any additional surcharge prior to departure.
To minimize exposure to future price adjustments, full payment before departure is recommended.
Prices, itineraries and travel schedules for departures after December 2026 remain subject to revision during our annual product review.
Please reconfirm all pricing and itinerary details at the time of booking.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Fishing, boating and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
You voluntarily accept these risks.
You accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, property loss or damage that may occur during the tour, whether caused by natural conditions, your own actions or those of other participants.
Except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct, you release Vietnam Fishing Tour, Vietnam Tour Packages Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, guides, captains, contractors and partners from all liability arising from participation in the tour.
You confirm that:
Participants with heart conditions, mobility limitations or other medical concerns should seek medical advice before booking.
All participants agree to:
Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Fishing activities depend heavily on weather and environmental conditions.
Vietnam Fishing Tour reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel any tour where safety may be compromised by circumstances including:
No liability shall be accepted for delays, itinerary changes or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Participants are responsible for:
Unless you notify us in writing before the tour, you grant Vietnam Fishing Tour permission to use photographs and video recordings taken during the tour for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
